Archbishop Mark presided at this year's Founders Day.

Archbishop Mark of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania led Founder's Day  service on Sunday, October 11.  Along with the regular hours and Divine Liturgy, Deacon Vasili Dubee was ordained to the priesthood and everyone enjoyed a festive meal following the Sunday Liturgy.

Founders Day takes place on the date  of the completion of  a new Church of the Dormition  which had  been built by the monks of the monastery and consecrated and blessed by Archbishop Evdokim on October 11, 1915.
